As a made-to-order fashion brand, we do not mass-produce our garments. Each item is prepared and produced after your order has been placed to ensure quality, attention to detail, and exclusivity.
Processing Time
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your order to be processed, prepared, and produced before it is dispatched.
During peak periods, new collection launches, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Should there be any significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location and the courier service used.
- Major metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
- Regional areas: 2–5 business days
- Remote or outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Vril Couture ships within South Africa only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
Important Information
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has commenced.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
- Vril Couture will not be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
- Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We may request photographs and additional information to assist with resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
